Emotional Scale
When you start to be aware of how the emotional scale words can affect your life, you will begin to notice mood shifts. The degree of shift change depends upon the emotions you are currently feeling.
No matter what your feeling state there will be a feeling of empowerment once you start to become a deliberate shifter of your emotions. Â Â You have probably noticed that there are many whom do not understand the vibration content of emotions or even the reasons emotions exist.
To not understand that you have control over your emotions makes you or someone you know a slave that is controlled by circumstances. Â Instead of being in charge of their own destiny they react in the moment with whatever emotions emerges. This emotion can then take on a life of its own like a virus as it is spread to friends, support groups and blogged about.
I would advise that you choose wisely about what emotions you want to feel. There are really only two questions to ask you.
- Does this make me feel good, and strong?
- Does this make me feel bad, and weak?
I want to feel good but how?
You may find yourself in a familiar situation with people where your dominate emotion was the feeling of unworthy and this feeling was felt in the body around your heart of stomach area as something that didn’t feel good. Then by remembering the emotional scale you remember to choose the next emotion up and find a better feeling thought. This takes awareness takes practice. Think of your body, as it gets stronger when you exercise. Suddenly as you are climbing stairs your legs feel stronger and you feel better all over. Well this same thing can happen as you learn how to shift your feelings.
- The days began to look brighter.
- The person who used to bother you doesn’t anymore.
- As you walk through the day you can feel a smile behind your eyes.
- The best thing you will feel happier no matter the outcome of the situation.
You might even discover you are really supposed to feel good most of the time! The emotional scale will show you how to line up with your true nature.
You have a new best friend
Pause for a minuet, take a deep breath and meet your new best friend, your true nature. Your new friend only wants what is good for you and is happy to get reacquainted with you.
Your true nature is powerful, free, love, and has value and purpose.
The emotional scale is a guide to seeing if you are aligned with what you want in your life. You will find yourself asking, “What do I want” instead of just reacting with the same feelings over and over again. Taking charge of what moves you in one choice after another is empowering and a great ride.
Are you listening?
Emotions are your guidance system. One way to think of how emotions work is to imagine each emotion acts like the GPS system in your car telling you where you are headed and that when you get to your location you will be at a match of the current emotion.
If you are feeling powerful you will attract more powerful feelings in people, places, and things
If you are feeling depressed you will attract more people, places and things that will match your depression
Your emotions are ready are you?
To be aware of an emotion is to be aware of how to consciously reach for a different emotion that will either keep you feeling good or help you start to climb up the emotional scale ladder to become aligned with your true nature.
When you know where you are, you also know where you would like to be. The emotional scale points to the direction you are going. When you know this you have the power to change. The feelings of lack of control are mainly because you do not know what direction you are going. With this awareness, you can use your emotions to guide you to what you really want instead of living in what you do not like or want to experience.
There is tremendous value when you are able to deliberately adjust even the slightest improvement in how you are feeling. With the smallest adjustment in feeling better you have improved your control and moving back into alignment with your true nature is possible because you are going the right direction.
There are many whom you will observe that do not understand the vibration content of emotions or even the reasons emotions exist. They are slaves to what is thrown at them.
The key to retraining your power is to become a decider. To become someone that wants to bring definite results to their life. Decide right here and now no matter how good or how bad you are feeling that you will change it by reaching for the next emotion on the scale. When you do this your life will began to feel fully alive.
- You will laugh more.
- You will see beauty more.
- You will be living in a perpetual state of value and purpose.
Try out some new rules for your emotional life they are so much more fun than the old ones.
