When you start to be aware of how the emotional scale words can affect your life, you will begin to notice mood shifts.  The degree of shift change depends upon the emotions you are currently feeling.

No matter what your feeling state there will be a feeling of empowerment once you start to become a deliberate shifter of your emotions.   You have probably noticed that there are many whom do not understand the vibration content of emotions or even the reasons emotions exist.

To not understand that you have control over your emotions makes you or someone you know a slave that is controlled by circumstances.  Instead of being in charge of their own destiny they react in the moment with whatever emotions emerges. This emotion can then take on a life of its own like a virus as it is spread to friends, support groups and blogged about.

I would advise that you choose wisely about what emotions you want to feel. There are really only two questions to ask you.

  1. Does this make me feel good, and strong?
  1. Does this make me feel bad, and weak?

I want to feel good but how?

You may find yourself in a familiar situation with people where your dominate emotion was the feeling of unworthy and this feeling was felt in the body around your heart of stomach area as something that didn’t feel good. Then by remembering the emotional scale you remember to choose the next emotion up and find a better feeling thought.  This takes awareness takes practice.  Think of your body, as it gets stronger when you exercise.  Suddenly as you are climbing stairs your legs feel stronger and you feel better all over.  Well this same thing can happen as you learn how to shift your feelings.

  • The days began to look brighter.
  • The person who used to bother you doesn’t anymore.
  • As you walk through the day you can feel a smile behind your eyes.
  • The best thing you will feel happier no matter the outcome of the situation.

You might even discover you are really supposed to feel good most of the time! The emotional scale will show you how to line up with your true nature.

You have a new best friend

Pause for a minuet, take a deep breath and meet your new best friend, your true nature.  Your new friend only wants what is good for you and is happy to get reacquainted with you.

Your true nature is powerful, free, love, and has value and purpose.

The emotional scale is a guide to seeing if you are aligned with what you want in your life.  You will find yourself asking, “What do I want” instead of just reacting with the same feelings over and over again.  Taking charge of what moves you in one choice after another is empowering and a great ride.

Are you listening?

Emotions are your guidance system.  One way to think of how emotions work is to imagine each emotion acts like the GPS system in your car telling you where you are headed and that when you get to your location you will be at a match of the current emotion.

If you are feeling powerful you will attract more powerful feelings in people, places, and things

If you are feeling depressed you will attract more people, places and things that will match your depression

Your emotions are ready are you?

To be aware of an emotion is to be aware of how to consciously reach for a different emotion that will either keep you feeling good or help you start to climb up the emotional scale ladder to become aligned with your true nature.

When you know where you are, you also know where you would like to be.  The emotional scale points to the direction you are going.  When you know this you have the power to change.  The feelings of lack of control are mainly because you do not know what direction you are going.  With this awareness, you can use your emotions to guide you to what you really want instead of living in what you do not like or want to experience.

There is tremendous value when you are able to deliberately adjust even the slightest improvement in how you are feeling.  With the smallest adjustment in feeling better you have improved your control and moving back into alignment with your true nature is possible because you are going the right direction.

There are many whom you will observe that do not understand the vibration content of emotions or even the reasons emotions exist.  They are slaves to what is thrown at them.

The key to retraining your power is to become a decider. To become someone that wants to bring definite results to their life. Decide right here and now no matter how good or how bad you are feeling that you will change it by reaching for the next emotion on the scale.  When you do this your life will began to feel fully alive.

  • You will laugh more.
  • You will see beauty more.
  • You will be living in a perpetual state of value and purpose.

Try out some new rules for your emotional life they are so much more fun than the old ones.

Sunday morning Sandy Jean sits in front of her computer with a cat in her lap.  She remembers in the book Power vs. Force that a Cat’s purr calibrates at a high feel good number.  There is a debate about what feelings calibrate higher in the scientific world but to her in this moment with the cat in her lap she feels happy.  Sandy Jean is interested in the feeling scales because she has been learning and experiencing that we really are suppose to feel good and that through becoming a deliberate creator we can reach good feeling states.

The other day while at her local grocery store she was strolling down the meat counter when she observed the butcher coming toward her.  She observed  his nostrils were were flared and he was breathing  like a bull right before they let him out of the pen with a unwanted rider on their backs at a rodeo that she didn’t want to be in his way.  She quickly swerved her cart as he sped past her and utters some words to a customer trying to cover his agitation with a customer service smile.  The customer uttered words of equal intensity back at him and they went back and forth for a few min and then both turned and left.  The customer was still ranting as she pushed her cart toward the front of the store. As Sandy Jean began rolling her cart down the same isle she thought of the feeling scale and Law of Attraction.  This was a perfect match of feeling states between the butcher and the customer.  Neither had wanted any other state of mind at that moment and the emotional energy was too charge to be shifted.  It was a perfect example of Law of Attraction.  Sandy Jean was smiling now, as she was grateful to have observed the law in a scenario that she was not emotionally in the middle.

Law of Attraction is operating all the time.  It is auniversal law like gravity.  To become a deliberate creator you must practice where you are putting focus, energy, and feeling.  We continually define our own reality word-by-word, thought-by-thought, and feeling-by-feeling.

Four Tips for Deliberate Attraction Creation:

  1. It is interesting to look at feeling charts and you can check out several at this site or just Google feeling scale
  2. To deliberately create your own reality study “The Law of Attraction.
  3. Daily write down proof of what you are attracting in your journal.
  4. Law of Attraction is like learning a foreign language like Spanish, or French.

Life really is suppose to be fun all of it the highs and lows.  True integration comes with all the emotions on the feeling scales.  No one can do this for us.  Our own daily experience will provide us with enough learning and entertainment once you become a deliberate observer and creator.

Eating Ice Cream Should be fun!!!

Vampire’s and zombie horrors reached Sandy Jean’s ears as she was guiding her art students through their creative projects.  She announced to the class this is an Art Class and all we need to know is how to create Art and think of wonderful things.

Feeling she had soothed the rumbles of impending doom and that the talk of monsters had passed, she went happily around her art room until she came to a little six-year-old girl and her basic shape exercise.  With great flourish Sandy Jean drew an example of how a triangle could be made into an ice cream with drips and a cherry on top.  This was an exercise that new students always loved and she was surprised when the little girl hid her eyes and said, “I don’t like that ice cream cone”.

Sandy Jean was confused.  She had never heard that emotional reaction  from any  child she had shown the ice cream exercise.  Wanting to be a  good teacher and also very curious Sandy Jean asked, why don’t you like that ice cream cone?  The student uncovered her eyes and looked at her with tears in her big brown eyes and said because it has FANGS.

Sandy Jean looked at the cone and sure enough the way the drips were did resemble fangs if you had that thought in your mind.  Being quick to sooth and create an enjoyable artistic moment Sandy Jean quickly wiped out the offending drips on the cone and carefully redrew drips that the young artist could associate with her favorite ice cream.  The little girl proudly  looked at the new drawing of the ice cream cone that was made of her favorite flavoring, Peanut Butter Chocolate chip with a red cherry on top and smiled big as she said “I like that ice cream cone and it is fun to eat ice cream.  I am going to ask mom if we can stop tonight to have one because I drew a new one that tastes good.

This story was a perfect example of how words create thoughts and thoughts create feelings and feelings create results.

Tips for attracting good feeling thoughts

Discriminate about what you choose to watch or read.

Become aware of what you are thinking and feeling.

If you are thinking thoughts that make you feel weak shift them to a better feeling thought.

Know that practice makes perfect and perfect feels so good.

We live in a world of wonder and diversity and it is almost impossible to only listen to positive things all the time but with practice we can learn to pivot our thoughts from negative to positive.  It is a law that we attract exactly what we think.  The Law of Attraction teaches that our words create thoughts and thoughts create feeling and feelings create results.  We are word for word thought for thought and feeling for feeling right now in this exacting moment

Sandy Jean is disturbed by the fearful thoughts that are filling up her mind and she wants to change them.  As she thinks about how to do this she remembers a process from the Law of Attraction Book by Abraham-Hicks called the focus wheel. She signs deeply with appreciation as she knows she can get relief from these thoughts that fill her mind by the process of the focus wheel.  She has used it on clients in the past and many times on her self sometimes as much as five times a day with wonderful success. Sandra Jean knows from experience that the focus wheel is a process to get you into a good feeling place so that everything shifts in her favor.  She has been on the sweet spot on the focus wheel so many times that now not being there in that sweet spot feels awful. Today she is riding in a car on her way to Spokane, Washington, with her husband, Lawrence, to visit their daughter and son in law and their grandchild and she is feeling uneasy about the weather.  In the past this same drive has taken several hours longer of dangerous driving when there was snow and icy conditions.

One year they passed 12 cars that had slid off the road because of ice on the road. Sandy Jean received a text from her daughter, as they got closer to Spokane telling her that the roads were slick and it was starting to snow.  As Sandy Jean glanced at her husband she saw a beautiful peaceful smile on his lips as he sings “I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas with Johnnie Mathis on the radio and she makes a decision.  I am not going to tell him of the text I just got from our daughter about the possible fearful weather conditions that await them.  Instead She reaches into the back seat and opens up her briefcase and pulls her red moleskin journal where she had been keeping her focus wheels. Pen in hand she draws a small circle and enters in the middle of the circle with her pen my now moments are always guided by my highest source, the power that creates worlds. The idea of the process is to hold a vibration of what you desire for 17 sec or more and your reality will be one that you desire and in this case not fear based.  In the middle of the circle she writes, I love knowing the power that creates worlds is unfolding and orchestrating a wonderful drive to Spokane and around the circle she writes:

- I can feel my heart beating in anticipation of this power working for my highest good on small things and big things.

- I am so happy that I have learned how to pivot energy

- I love feeling happy now and about my future with Lawrence.  We are making plans for travel, and fixing up our house.

- I feel so happy with the happy times of this Christmas and it feels like past Christmases are all melding into happy feelings May all people be happy May all Christmases be happy.

- I am excited to learn how to work with the power that creates worlds

- I love thinking that this focused thinking of more than 17 sec. has made my vibration come up into positive expectation so good comes to me and those I love which is all of you from the power that creates world

I have great positive feelings now in the car as the radio gaily sings “Let it snow”, Let it snow.  As we enter Spokane it is snowing but it is the kind of snow scene you see in the movies and my heart feels warm and as I see the glow a porch light and my family standing in the door way waiting for us with the love of Christmas in their hearts and I think May all Christmases be happy for all the loved ones in the world.

Sandy Jean had the intention to enjoy the Christmas lights with her family.  The lights had always made her feel good but now she wasn’t feeling good.  She was flooded with memories of fights at Christmas and times when people drank too much liquor and talked of harsh things ruining the spiritual feeling of the lights.  She remembered some of the Christmas stories on the Television and there always seemed to be problems and as she sank lower in her sad emotions.  The lights of Christmas felt like they were penetrating her heart with stabs instead of lifting and enlighten her spirit.

Then a breath of relief was felt in her heart.  Sandra Jean pivoted her emotions with a swift refocusing technique she had learned at her recent Law of Attraction Certification in Memphis Tennessee with Michael Losier.  She felt in charge and as smooth as a baseball player who feels his energies enter the baseball bat as he swings and hits the ball and in his body, mind and soul comes a realization that he has connected to something greater than himself.

To be able to pivot your emotions is a skill that can be learned.  It is a similar to learning a new language.  Instead of learning Spanish or French the new language is the language of emotion, feeling, or vibration.  We would have a different world if this language was required learning.

The new language that could greatly improve your feeling of well-being is called “The Law Of Attraction”.  It has been around a long time and can be found in many ancient texts in one form or another.  It is a concept that is not well accepted by many, as it requires you to take responsibility for your actions and thoughts.

Once The Law is understood and deliberately applied there is great benefit.  Life seems happier, healthier, and just feels good.

The Law of Attraction is a universal law, which has been around as long as the law of gravity.  It is working right now in this moment and has always been working whether you are aware of it or not.  It is some times called coincidence, serendipity, or faith.  You attract the people, situations, jobs and much more into your life by your emotional base of feeling.  The good news is that there is ways to begin deliberately attract what you want into your life.

Four Tips for beginning to deliberate attract

  • Become aware of your words
  • Become aware of your thoughts
  • Become aware of your emotions
  • Become aware of how your words become your thoughts, which create the emotions that manifest in the results, you are experiencing.

To learn how to become a deliberate attractor is well worth the effort.  There are many processes and books on the subject of Law of Attraction.  Below are a few that I have been attracted to but the best books and processes you can possibly experience are your own as you move through learning about The Law Of Attraction.
