It was coined by Bud Tribble at Apple to describe Steve Job’s charisma and the way he just got things done. It was Steve Jobs way of pushing the impossible.
The question then is did Steve Jobs truly distort reality?
I personally believe he did. I believe that the social proof is how large and how creative Apple became under his leadership. You look at was attainted over the course of his life and I can only say one word. AMAZING.
I think the issue with understanding reality is that people are expecting changes instantaneously. They want to manifest a material world with no issues, no problems, and total Utopia. The problem with this logic is that reality (though I think you can attain) is not truly what people want.
Life is about experience and growth. It is about solving issues and contributing. It is not about some magician waving a wand and having all your dreams come true. The genie does exist but it comes from getting clear and doing the daily work. Think of the daily work you do on yourself as rubbing the lamb. As you rub the lamp more dreams and wishes come true. You also get more clear about what you truly want. Which is the bottom line issue.
If Steve Jobs could and did distort reality then you can to. What are you listening to? Who are you surrounded by? Could these things be distorting your realty now? Could they be stopping you creating the experience you are after?
Success leaves clues. It truly does. Look around for the social proof of other beings that are doing remarkable things. It is an amazing time to be alive. Believe that and watch your reality start to change.
Many blessings to you. Focus on your own personal growth and keep moving forward. Remember, it only takes 1% improvement everyday. Just make sure you are working on it.
