Again spot on...in the past two weeks as I get deeper into my positive wellbeing and ACIM studies I have chosen to lovingly let go of the angry negative folk in my life, be it family or friends. I feel so peaceful and calm inside. Now on FB when my family member leaves an openly sarcastic biting remark I just deleat it (yes I have finally found that marvelous deleate button and it is so empowering. I dont explain anything or take on the negative emotions to myself anymore I say "I lovingly release...her name...she is free and I am free and all is well within my world" (c)Hay's When she says something positive I shall as you suggest "give a compliment" Thankyou

Haha...I have a few of these people. However I did give up waiting for them to turn their life around. It seems some people are so consumed with being a victim of life, they just can't see the good. I was raised by one, married one and have a few friends like that. No matter how much good they have, they only see the bad.

To me, it is simply a lesson to keep myself focused on all the positive. Not that I didn't before, but it's much more of a concious choice now. And letting go of them...is the only way.

Great article and so very true. Being a positive example is what we should all strive after for our own benefit as well as for others. Helping others can be a natural off-shoot... share the love of life, the planet, and of fellow man!

Equally important is to strive NOT to bring others down or take away from their self esteme. Every day is a good day to be alive... and, yes, each day is likely to have negative moments... Recoginize that others may have bad moments, but appreciate that they are still in there swinging and strive to lift them up!

I love this article !. Waking up everyday is already a blessing. With our busy lifestyles we must learn to
Live in the attitude of gratitude and focus on the things we have and not what we don't have. By living in the attitude of gratitude it allows us to recognize and receive all blessings in abundance . Let's rejoice it :)
